Crisp, Clean, Local and Fresh.  Our Pilsner malt produces a very light straw gold wort with notes of pecan, breakfast cereal, hay, and green tea.

This malt produces a light golden color with a more developed flavor over Pilsner malt.  The sweet aromas of honey, corn flakes, and sunflower seeds will be hard to ignore.

Our Vienna malt ratchets up the malty complexity with the toasty notes of crisp crackers and bread crust while still remaining sweet and balanced.

A rich flavor and a beautiful dark golden color really sets our Munich malt apart from the rest.  Malty sweetness with the aromas of cracker, bread crust, and a slight sweetness.

A higher kiln temperature and moisture level during germination makes this malt really special.  This malt has a complex flavor with notes of fresh bread, roasted almond, and caramel.

At 25° SRM, this malt has a more distinguishable caramel, with hints of toffee. Very little to no fermentable sugars.

Our Ninety-Brown malt will leave you speechless.  The aromas of fresh-brewed coffee, raisins, brown sugar, and chocolate really shine.

Kilned at high temperature, this malt creates a very dark brown wort and really packs on the flavor.  Intense notes of dried fruit, dark roast coffee, fresh tobacco and burnt marshmallows.
